Use Approval to request an explicit decision from an authorized reviewer.

Settings

Set Caption, Recipient, approval Notification/message, Require comment, No-action delay value, and No-action delay unit.

Test

Run approve, reject, comment-required, unavailable-recipient, and no-action-delay paths using approved test recipients. Verify every branch is connected before saving.
