Jira integration

Use Jira to create, update, comment on, or otherwise route approved issue data from a form result.

1. Select Integrations > Jira and authorize the intended Jira account.
2. Choose project, issue type, and operation, then map required fields.
3. Test required-field validation, issue creation/update, assignee/project permissions, and failures with safe data.
