Embed a form on a website

Use an embed method when an approved website should display the form inside its own page.

Example: place a test form on a staging page

1. Complete the form configuration and test it in Preview.
2. Open Publish and select the Embed method.
3. Copy the generated embed code.
4. Paste the code into an approved staging or test page, following that website’s normal change process.
5. Load the page in a private/incognito browser window and complete a non-sensitive test submission.
6. Check responsive sizing, scroll behaviour, required-field errors, redirects/thank-you behaviour, and any external links.
7. Confirm that notifications and submissions arrive as expected before requesting production deployment.

Expected result

The form displays within the host page without hiding critical controls or breaking mobile layout. The host page does not expose documentation-only or test data.
